You will be charged the NFA fee, the exchange fee, and the broker fee.
The NFA fee is the National Futures Association fee which is only applicable for US exchange traded instruments and is 0.02$ per trade.
The exchange fee is the fee charged by the exchange per trade, and can be found on the exchange's website (CME, Eurex).
The broker fee is Avafutures' fee charged as follows:
US futures:
$0.75 for micro contracts | $1.75 for mini and standard contracts.
EU futures:
€0.75 for micro contracts | €1.75 for mini and standard contracts.

The commission column will show the broker fee.
The fee column will show the exchange fee + the NFA fee
In the below example, AvaTrade commission is 1.75$ per trade.
The NFA fee is 0.02$ + the exchange fee of 0.80$ per trade.
A total fee of 0.82$
